Family Altar
We can work consciously with our ancestors so that members of the family who have been excluded (through deemed "misbehaviour" or misunderstanding)can be brought back into the "field", thus restoring harmony to everyone with profound effects for the living. One way of engaging the help of our ancestors is to make a small altar perhaps with a few photos or a candle.

Researching and gathering together what is already known about your family history can be a good place to begin your ancestral healing journey, especially information from living elders. All you need is a sincere desire to understand your family better - the information will appear -and the unique record you make will there for future generations.
